Please be aware that hat sizing can vary from different manufacturers as with any apparel/clothing items. If you have a hat or cap and need the size converting for your chosen item please use the chart below.
Measuring Your Head
Use the diagram above for instructions on how to measure your head and convert the sizing if needed to find the correct size the particular hat or cap selected. If you fall between sizes its always best to go up a size.
Tilley Hats & US Sizing
Tilley hats are made in Canada using the US sizing system which differs the UK sizing, please use the chart above and convert your head measurement to the US sizing option for all Tilley Hats.

Your item/s will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of payment, our mainland UK standard postage is £2.49, you can expect to recieve your goods within 1-3 working days. Our next day delivery is chargable on selection at the checkout/payment pages at £5.50 and is a next working day service. We post worldwide with mainland Europe at £8.95 with Royal Mails International Signed For & US, Australia & ROW address all at £11.95 using Royal Mail's Airsure Service.
UK Standard = 1 to 3 Working Days
UK Fed Ex = 1 Working Day
Europe = 3 to 7 Working Days
US & ROW = 4 to 10 Working Days
Exchanges & Refunds
We aim to supply only the highest quality products and we hope you will be delighted with your items. However if you wish to return or exchange goods for any reason, please follow the procedure below, you have 21 days to do this. All returned items must be unused and in a fully resalable condition with any tickets still attached.
For exchanges please be aware that we cannot guarantee your requested replacement will be in stock, of course if this is the case you would be contacted to arrange a refund or an alternative item. Any items being exchanged will be posted back to you free of charge using Royal Mails Recorded service, you can expect to receive your exchanged item within 5 working days.
Please return your goods using a service such as Royal Mails Recorded post option this is for your own protection. You are responsible for all costs when returning items, if items are faulty please contact us via phone or email and we will of course refund your postage costs on the return of the item. When a refund is required this will be done instantly upon the return of your goods, any refunds will be done instantly after receiving your items if a resaleable state.
